It is ideal for a client with training experience. Equipment required - dumbbells, bands, pull-up bar, and stability ball. This program is in the palm of your hand! This online training works off your smartphone. Once purchased you will gain access to Everfit, where you will follow along through app based training. The 6-week program will progress with a set & rep change at the halfway point.
